Well i made it home :)

Ah, New York is so beautiful this time of year. I forgot what its like to be surrounded by trees... beautiful red, orange and yellow trees. I'm just so happy to be here. Montana was great, but five and a half months away from home is just a little too long. I'm so excited about everything that i've learned from Rocky Mountain School of Photography  i cant wait to start putting it all into practice. I've got three photo shoots lined up for next week, and my internship with Upton Lake officially starts tomorrow!

a little taste of my home....haha.

No More Mondays in Missoula

sooo.... this picture was my excuse for staying up til midnight.  i needed something to do. why midnight? well taylor swift released a new single at midnight. its called "back to december" of course i bought it. its beautiful. kinda a different style from her past music. a good different for sure. i like taylor swift a lot.
a week from today i might be in ohio. only two more days of class with assignments. i'm so excited to graduate from rmsp. what a wonderful growing experience these past five and half months were. like i said in a previous post, i need a new model... but at least i'm beginning to build a style and yeah i pretty much am in heart with photoshop. this image was taken up at glacier national park a few weeks ago.
goodnight everyone, i'll see you soon :)

Photo Shoot at Lubrecht Forest

Yesterday, as one of my assignments at Rocky Mountain School of Photography, we had a photo shoot up at Lubrecht Experimental Forest.  It was a beautiful day, and beautiful location. I had an amazing group of photographers to work with, and gorgeous models. For me one of the most exciting parts of the day was that the school provided us with a Mamiya DM28 to shoot with.  Ah, i love that camera. Maybe someday when i get an extra thirteen thousand i'll be able to get my own. lol
here is one of the images from the day, the lovely Mandy Jean Clyatt.

Ten More Days...

Yup.... thats exactly how i'm feeling. Im getting to the point where i feel like i cant possibly learn anything else right now because my brain is about to explode. Im just so ready to start photographing with creativity, and to start a new chapter in my life.
Ten days til graduation... i have so much to do within those ten days. I kinda just cant wait for it to be over and to hit the wide open road. 2600 miles to home.

cant wait.
